There are no registration or maintenance costs in Coguan, not even for the use of basic services.
Private customers as well as companies can become users of Coguan AdShare and benefit from all its functionalities, such as the automated invoicing system, regardless of the country of origin. Coguan automatically calculates the income taxes. Afterwards, it is every wembaster's responsibility to declare their earnings to the Tax Office.
The registration and use of Coguan AdShare is free of charge.
Registration and basic services are free. Coguan works with a Freemium business model (Freemium model = Free Services + Premium Services). All basic services ('free' services) are based on the mediation of online advertising transactions between advertisers and publishers, and they do not include any commissions for Coguan. Specifically, these services are designed to generate 1:1 sales, between one advertiser and one publisher. This means both parties can manage already existing relations with no additional costs and benefit from the advantages of Coguan. At the same time, 1:1 relations that are established in an automated manner through our Marketplace do not generate additional commissions for Coguan AdShare.
The Premium Services have a 30% commission on the publisher. This commission will be specified transparently in each case, appearing in the income section of each publisher's account. The Premium Service is composed of two parts. First, the use, participation and creation of Coguan AdGroups, consisting of m:n relations between advertisers and publishers (for example, one advertiser advertises simultaneously in two websites). Second, Coguan also offers a non automated mediation an advertiser and a publisher. In this case, Coguan invests the necessary resources to attract and convince advertisers to choose the recommended publishers, adding value to the whole chain.
In Coguan we believe in freedom of choice. We do not wish to tie our clients by contract, but rather create trust based relations, offering a high quality service with our products. We do insist, however, that all our clients observe Coguan AdShare's terms and conditions of use.

Yes, you can manage all your ads, AdUnits and/or AdGroups with only one account, as a publisher and/or an advertiser.
Coguan cooperates with agencies to help them with their planning through Coguan AdShare, with the great advantage that they receive a commission if their advertisers or publishers use Premium Services.
Coguan also accepts advertisers directly, so they can use Coguan AdShare. Obviously, this process requires some patience after the release of the Beta version of the platform, since the number of advertisers will increase gradually.
The best way to profit from your webpage is to configure different AdUnits with different methods of payment (CPM, CPC, Sponsorship). It is important to include in the webpage's data the suitable category and subcategories it is placed in, as well as to include the traffic information and types of users that access your website.
By filling out this information correctly you will have a better chance to increase your earnings, since advertisers will use this information to filter the publishers they are interested in.

This means the publisher directly receives 100% of the advertiser's investment to insert his advertising on a webpage, With Coguan AdShare, the publisher manages comfortably and easily small budget advertisers that wish to advertise directly on his or her website.
A campaign is the aggregation of all the AdGroups of an Advertiser. A campaign contains at least one AdGroup.
An AdGroup has at least one AdUnit. All the AdUnits in a campaign have the same daily budget, language and location, ending date and other configuration options. These are used to structure the campaign and direct it towards the different targets to promote products and services.
For example, a company that sells insurance products and services can create a campaign titled “Insurance comparison”. In this campaign, the company can include one or several groups of ads, with different titles referring to different types of insurance. With this account structure, the company can choose webpages and AdUnits, locations and specific ads for each product or service it develops.
